Refund Policy

1. Scope
This Refund Policy applies to payments made on the Picks4All platform ("the Platform") for capacity expansion in prediction pools.
Pools with up to 20 participants are completely free and require no payment. This policy applies only to purchases of additional capacity for pools that exceed this limit.
2. 7-Day Guarantee
We offer a full refund if all of the following conditions are met:
- The request is made within 7 calendar days of the purchase date. - The expanded capacity has not been used, meaning the number of participants in the pool has not exceeded the free limit of 20 players since the purchase.
3. When Refunds Do NOT Apply
Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
- More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date. - The expanded capacity has already been used (the pool has more than 20 active participants). - The pool has been archived or deleted by the user. - Fraudulent use or abuse of the refund system is detected.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@picks4all.com with the following information:
- Your username on the Platform. - The pool name associated with the purchase. - The purchase date. - The reason for the refund request.
5. Refund Processing
- We will review your request and respond within 2 business days. - If the refund is approved, the amount will be returned within 5 to 10 business days. - The refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the original purchase.
6. Payment Processor
All payments and refunds are processed through Lemon Squeezy, our authorized payment processor. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
